Tradegiftcardsonline users may trade unused gift cards or gift certificates with one another. Read the rules and guidelines below for participating in an online trade.

Rules
• Disclose all pertinent information about your card or certificate. Ensure that potential buyers make informed decisions. Mention if there are marks or scratches on the card.
• Research expiration dates and terms of depreciation. Many gift cards and certificates expire or depreciate after one year. Verify the terms for your card. Examine the back of the card, or contact the retailer if you need confirmation.
• You are not obliged to trade. You have the option of declining any and all gift card trade offers.
Guidelines
•Check up on the trader.
Tradegiftcardsonline lists ratings and feedback entered about all card traders. Check this listing to learn if you're dealing with a reputable trader.
• Customize your Trade Wishlist.
To increase your changes of a successful swap, also complete the Trade Wishlist, which lets you specify your preferred retailers and terms of trade.
•Make trade offers in line with others' preferences. Before making an offer, consult the other person's Trade Wishlist. He or she may have listed trade preferences, for example - whether trades of lesser value are acceptable.
